What Data do we collect?

-when you register with us and set up an account to receive our products;

-when you make payments to us, through this website or otherwise;

-when you elect to receive marketing communications from us;

-when you elect to provide first name, last name, and email address to join an Opsivity mobile app;

-when you apply for employment through our website or otherwise.

 

How is the Data used?

-To supply to you products purchased via the website, and to process your payments;

-to fulfill the purpose of the user’s interaction with Opsivity;

-to develop, provide, and improve our events and websites;

-to respond to your requests and any other communications from you;

-for statistical purposes and analysis for management purposes in order to administer the website and improve our products;

-internal record keeping, and administrative purposes, and to inform you about our events, products, or other related information that we think would be of interested to you;

-to communicate marketing messages, newsletters and details of our business.

Children’s Privacy

Opsivity does not target our services nor are they intended for children under the age of 18.

If you click a link that redirects you to a third-party website, that third party’s privacy policy applies and Opsivity does not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please review these policies before you disclose any personal data when visiting such third-party websites.

Purchasing Products

Our website allows you to purchase Opsivity products. Our web shop is operated by Stripe for you to make an online purchase. This website uses MailChimp, a third-party email platform to build a mailing list for newsletter distribution. When you sign up to the newsletter on our website, you will be redirected to a sign-up for that is hosted by MailCimp. This website does not store your email address, it is instead stored on MailChimp’s servers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every newsletter. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Our website uses social plugins (“Plugins”) provided by the social network LinkedIn and Twitter. These services are operated by LinkedIn Corporation and Twitter Inc. (each an “Operator”).

When you visit a page of our website that contains a Plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective Operator. The Operator directly transfers the Plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website, enabling the Operator to receive information about your access to the respective page of our website.  This applies even if you do not have a login or are not logged in at the network of the Operator.
